Eastern Market ~ Flower Day!!

Wow - what a crazy fun filled day! My Lisa "just had to go to flower day" held at Eastern Market. It was soooo busy, people everywhere!
OMG - what's up with the people who made their own carts big enough to carry a zillion plants, hanging baskets, and kids at the same time! They were bashing into everyone. I tell ya, this was no place for the weak at heart "window shoppers", this was all about saving money and making deals!
I found my buddy Lou, he and I were able to sneak away and take a few pics but Lisa had me runnin back and forth to the car as she continued to buy more and more baskets. Damn, wish I had a cart now!! Of course, I was parked a mile away (it seemed). Lou went off to grab some photos. I lost him around the big ol BBQ pit area, I saw him being swooned by a jazz singer, I honestly didn't pay attention because the smell of BBQ lured me in a different direction! That's when I lost Lou.
It's always fun to get out and about. It was a great day to spend in Detroit!
